What is “rev-share” in one sentence?

You cover the ad spend; we take an agreed % of the new profit our ads create—only after it happens.

Formulas (you choose which):

  • Simple services: New Profit (NP) = New Revenue (NR) − Ad Spend (AS)

  • With costs included: NP = NR − Variable Costs (VC) − AS

    Our fee: Fee = NP × % (we agree the % upfront).

    If NP ≤ 0 → our fee is £0.

  • Your ads bring £1,000 in sales.
  • You spent £200 on ads → £800 left.
  • Our % is 10%£80 to us.
  • You keep £720.

You do, directly (Meta/Google/TikTok). We don’t touch your card.
