What is “rev-share” in one sentence?
You cover the ad spend; we take an agreed % of the new profit our ads create—only after it happens.
How do you calculate your fee?
Formulas (you choose which):
Simple services: New Profit (NP) = New Revenue (NR) − Ad Spend (AS)
With costs included: NP = NR − Variable Costs (VC) − AS
Our fee: Fee = NP × % (we agree the % upfront).
If NP ≤ 0 → our fee is £0.

Who pays the ad platforms?
You do, directly (Meta/Google/TikTok). We don’t touch your card.

You set hard daily/weekly caps. We also move money from losers to winners and can pause on your signal—same day.
Do I sign a long contract?
No. Month-to-month. Stay only if it pays.
What exactly counts as “New Revenue”?
Sales we can attribute to our ads.
When do you invoice?
Monthly, after we close the books and share the reconciliation report.

What dashboards do I get?
A simple, live view: Spend → Leads → Quotes → Sales → NP → Fee. You also get a monthly PDF “receipt” with line-items.
Who owns the ad accounts, pages, and creatives?
You do. Your accounts, your data, your creatives. We’ll request access and build inside your stack. You keep everything.
Can I approve ads before they go live?
Yes. Nothing launches without your OK. We’ll send previews.
What happens if we get overbooked?
Tell us and we dial spend down or run a waitlist/“book from next week” offer. You stay in control.
Can I limit by area or hours?
Yes—radius targeting and dayparting are standard. You can say “only evenings” or “only these postcodes.”
What about privacy and compliance (UK/EU)?
We follow GDPR best practices. We use tracking only for performance reporting. We can sign a DPA/NDA if needed.
Do you work with my competitors?
We avoid obvious conflicts in the same micro-area/vertical. If there’s a clash, we’ll be transparent and agree boundaries or exclusivity where sensible.
What if I already have a website/CRM?
Great. We plug in tracking and optimise the existing flow first. If your page is slow or unclear, we’ll suggest a simple high-converting page.
How fast can we launch?
Typically 7–10 days once we have access, offers, and brand assets.

Will I get a “big agency deck” every week?
No. You’ll get action-first summaries: what happened, what we’re changing, and what to expect next week. Clear, skimmable.
Can we run on just one channel?
Yes, but multi-channel usually wins. We can start with Meta only if budget is tight, then add Google/TikTok when the unit economics work.
What are the typical % ranges?
Most clients begin 10–20% of NP. We pick a sensible starting point and revisit after 30–60 days if needed.
Do you have guardrails beyond caps?
Yep: cut-rules for underperforming ads, frequency controls to avoid fatigue, and exclusions to keep targeting clean.
If I stop, what happens?
Nothing ugly. It’s month-to-month. We switch off spend, close the month, reconcile, and hand over anything you need.
Is there any scenario where I owe you without profit?
No—not on pure rev-share. If there’s no new profit attributed to ads, our fee is £0.
Why should I trust you with this?
